Exceptional staff and enjoyable breakfast experience

Jewell, the breakfast attendant, provided fantastic service, ensuring we had everything we needed. The clean and comfortable beds made for a pleasant night’s sleep after a long day.

I loved my 1 night stay. Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with comfortable bed, a/c, good breakfast; everyone is welcome here. It had a microwave, coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator.

Stayed 2 nights in a Double Room with Two Double Beds. The room was clean and comfy, but breakfast sausage could double as a hockey puck! Friendly staff, but a towel shortage made us feel like we were in a water park.

Absolutely great and excellent place all in all, has wonderful staff with the professional courteous service render to me and my mom by employee there. This hotel offers delicious and exceptionally nice breakfasts with a danish pastry and delicious food options, as for instance.

Outstanding food and brand-new room - had a real good stay for my vacation. The bed was very comfy & the bathroom was nice. Every staff member was decent and attentive.

The walking tour was fun and engaging. Staff was friendly and helped us with our bags.

It wasn't cheap, but it fits the experience.

The room was quite cramped with little space to move. The bed looked worn and had some stains that made it uncomfortable. Temperature control was lacking; the heat didn't work. The bathtub was dirty, and brown water gushed from the shower when I first turned it on. Noise from outside was a disturbance, especially during the night. Morning breakfast was decent, and the staff, especially the manager, were friendly and helpful. the wait for the charter back to the airport was frustrating, with delays leaving several guests concerned about missing flights.

The staff was welcoming, especially a friendly clerk named April, which stood out amidst the experience. The room, however, left much to be desired; it smelled like smoke, and the bathroom had visible mold. I had trouble with my reservation and got a different room than expected. Amenities like the pool were closed, and I struggled to find the shuttle service that was promised. Though the bed was comfy, the overall cleanliness felt lacking. Disappointing, but the kind greetings from the staff offered a glimmer of warmth.

No washer and dryer Had to travel with smelly clothes in the suitcase.Rooms were tight with 2 queen beds. Difficult to walk around them.

Upon arrival, my reservation was missing, and the desk staff took forever to sort it out. I ended up in a cramped room with two double beds instead of the king I booked, plus it reeked of smoke!

The airport shuttle service was convenient and made travel easy.

I enjoyed kicking back by the outdoor pool, soaking up some sun. Just a heads-up, they could use a few more towels on hand, but it didn’t take away from the overall good vibes! 😊
